Terms and Conditions

Wine Tours prices per person for group sizes over 12 people may incur extra wine tasting fees…. this will be added to your tour price

Benders Bus Tours reserves the right to alter prices without notice.

Minimum number of guests for tour to operate. Minimums depend on bus size.

Minimum 8 people for the 13 seat bus and a minimum of 14 people for the 20 seat is required for any tour to proceed. Or otherwise agreed to by both parties.

Benders Bus Tours is not responsible for loss of, or damage of personal belongings left on or off the tour vehicle.

Benders Bus Tours reserves the right to refuse boarding.

Some wineries / breweries are subject to tasting charges, group size limits and availability.

Once the required bond deposit is paid there will be no refund if you cancel the tour.

The bond deposit is refunded at the end of the tour providing the bus / trailer is left in good & clean condition, no damage to the vehicle and no cleaning is required.

No smoking on tour vehicle.

Unruly, drunken or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. This can lead to the tour being terminated at any stage with no refund of monies.

Any damage to the bus or trailer by guests will necessitate a cost recovery to the person or persons to whom the booking name is under.

A cleaning fee ($50.00 – $100.00) applies any spillage of drinks/foods OR $200.00 if bus is left in dirty / poor condition.

Soiling fee ( vomit ) from $200.00 per seat applies and is payable on the spot.

Travel insurance is not included in your tour price and must be arranged by the client if desired.

Please note: Some wineries charge for tastings, this may not be included in your tour price.

All standard wine tastings are included in your tour price if suggested by us or unless otherwise stated in our quotation.

All breweries/distilleries are at your own cost.

Limited Liquor Licenses are not permitted on winery tours due to most wineries not accepting licensed buses.

No shows….. ( people who do not turn up on tour day )…. Payment is still required for these people.
